Terms of Use

These terms apply to Invoice One for iPhone. By using the app you agree to them. The app is also covered by Apple’s standard licence agreement.
The service
Invoice One creates invoices and estimates and keeps them on our server so they survive losing your phone. It is not accounting or tax software, and it does not give legal or tax advice. What a valid invoice must contain differs by state and by business; check with your accountant.
Your account
You can start without an account. A guest account lives only on the device it was created on: if you lose the phone or reset it without signing in with Apple, that data cannot be recovered. You are responsible for what you put into the app and for having the right to use it.
Free plan and Pro
- The free plan sends up to 3 documents a month. Drafts, clients, products and payment tracking are unlimited, and you can export your data at any time.
- Pro is $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year. It unlocks unlimited sending, all templates, your logo and colors, and removes the “Made with Invoice One” line.
- The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If you have used the trial before, you are charged right away.
- Subscriptions renew by themselves until you cancel. Payment is taken by Apple when the period starts, and renewal is charged within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- Cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs out as paid. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- Prices may change. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and you are told before it takes effect.
Your content
Your invoices, clients and business details are yours. We store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to defraud anyone, to send invoices for goods or services you are not providing, or to break the law. We may suspend an account used this way.
Availability and liability
The app is provided as is, without warranties. We do our best to keep it available and your data safe, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data that you could have exported. Keep your own copies of documents that matter to you; the app can export them at any time.
Ending these terms
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from More → Delete Account.
