Invoice One (“the app”) is an invoicing app for iPhone. This policy explains what the app stores, why it stores it, and how you can delete it. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
What we store
- Your account. You can use the app without an account (a guest account is created on our server and identified only by a token on your device). If you sign in with Apple, we store the identifier Apple gives us, and the name and email address you choose to share.
- Your business details. Business name, your name, address, phone, email, tax ID and logo — the information printed on your documents.
- Your clients. Name, company, email, phone, address, tax ID or exemption certificate number, and your notes.
- Your documents. Invoices, estimates, their line items, amounts, payments you record and the settings that affect how they look.
- Your subscription. Whether your Pro subscription is active and when it ends. Purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no ad identifiers, no tracking across other apps or websites.
- No selling or renting of your data.
- No reading of your contacts. When you import a client, iOS shows its own picker and hands us only the one contact you choose.
Where your data goes
Your data is stored on our server so it survives losing your phone. PDFs are created on your device, and they leave it only when you share them yourself, through iOS. Two services process data on our behalf: Apple (sign in and purchases) and RevenueCat (subscription status, identified by your account number).
How long we keep it
As long as you keep your account. Deleting a document or a client removes it from the app; deleting your account removes everything permanently. You can export every invoice and estimate as PDFs or as a spreadsheet before you delete, and the app offers that when you do.
Your choices
- Export. More → Export Documents, at any time, on any plan.
- Delete. More → Delete Account removes your account and its data from our server.
- Ask us. Write to [email protected] for a copy of your data or any question about this policy.
Children
The app is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a significant change is announced in the app.
